Lay a board (or tape a line) on the ground and dare each young pirate to cross without tumbling into the shark-infested seas. Add a wobble or a blindfold for braver mateys.

Pin the Patch on the Pirate
Blindfold each player, spin them around, and let them stick a paper eye-patch on a big pirate poster. Closest to the eye wins the booty.
Treasure Hunt
Hide shiny "gold" coins around the yard or dock and hand out a simple map marked with an X. The first crew to fill their treasure sack takes the prize.
Cap'n Says
Pirate Simon Says: only follow an order that starts with "Cap’n says" — like "Cap’n says swab the deck!" Miss it and ye walk the plank.
Cannonball Toss
Toss beanbag "cannonballs" into buckets to score points, moving the buckets farther back each round. Highest score commands the ship.
Message in a Bottle
Roll silly clues into bottles and hide them around, each one pointing to the next, until the crew discovers where the treasure be buried.
